Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Aailati ("Aailati", "we", "us") is a software-as-a-service productivity platform. Aailati is the seller and provider of the service (the "Seller"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

2. What Aailati is

Aailati is a household and family productivity tool. It helps families organize their daily life — expenses, groceries, meals, calendars, chores, study schedules, and informational wellness logs. Aailati is software only. It is not a medical service, a healthcare provider, a financial advisor, an investment platform, a payment processor, a money-transfer service, a marketplace for third-party sellers, or a coaching or consulting service.

3. Account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to create an account; if you create a family workspace on behalf of an organization or household, you confirm you have authority to do so.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service unlawfully or to defraud anyone
• Send spam, malware, or abusive content
• Infringe intellectual-property rights
• Probe, scan, scrape, or interfere with the security or performance of the service
• Use the AI features to impersonate real people, clone voices, generate deepfakes, or produce illegal, harmful, hateful, or sexually explicit content
• Use any output as medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice

5. AI features

Some features use AI models to generate informational summaries, estimates, and suggestions (for example: daily briefings, budget summaries, wellness summaries, study-plan suggestions). AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. You are responsible for your prompts, for any content you upload, for verifying outputs, and for any decisions you make based on them. AI outputs are not professional advice.

AI data processing. To deliver these features, family-organization data you enter (such as expenses, meals, chores, schedules, wellness logs, and free-text notes) may be sent to third-party AI providers (for example Google and OpenAI) for processing. We do not knowingly include direct identifiers (such as full names, government IDs, or payment details) in AI prompts, and our AI providers are contractually prohibited from using your content to train their public models. You should not enter highly sensitive information (medical records, government IDs, banking credentials, or third-party private data) into AI features. 6. Intellectual property

Aailati and all related software, branding, and documentation are owned by the Seller. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your chosen plan. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or circumvent technical limits.

You retain ownership of the content you put into the service (your "User Content"). You grant us a limited license to host and process User Content solely to provide the service to you.

7. Payments, subscriptions, and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy. Subscriptions renew automatically at the stated price until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period.

8. Service availability

We work hard to keep Aailati reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available service. We may update, modify, or discontinue features over time.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period before deletion.

10. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. 11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where excluding it would be unlawful.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify the Seller against claims arising from your User Content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced inside the app or by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall be the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
