If you are not satisfied with your Aailati subscription, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase or renewal date, provided you meet all of the eligibility conditions below.

Refund eligibility conditions

To keep the service fair and sustainable for all families, refunds are granted only when:

Requests that do not meet these conditions, or that fall outside the 14-day window, are reviewed case-by-case and may be denied. Renewals are only refundable if the service has not been materially used after the renewal date.

How to request a refund

Aailati uses Paddle as its Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, invoices, and refunds.

Cancellation vs refund

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account's "Manage subscription" option. Cancelling stops future renewals — your access continues until the end of the current paid period. A cancellation alone is not a refund; if you also want your most recent charge refunded, request it as above within 14 days.

Abuse of the refund policy

We reserve the right to deny refunds and permanently close accounts where we detect a pattern of abuse — for example, subscribing, heavily consuming AI resources, and then requesting a refund repeatedly. We may also block the payment email or payment method from future subscriptions.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed by Paddle, typically within 3–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
